I am a BIT Mesra alumnus and a versatile professional, excelling as an entrepreneur, innovator, strategist, growth hacker, and corporate leader.

My affinity for computers began early, and by the age of 8, I mastered coding and multimedia tools like Flash, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite. While my peers were playing games & watching movies, I cultivated a creative and innovative mindset, creating my own games and animations.

I ventured into freelancing at the age of 16 and later on, laid the foundation of my first startup: MindMapers, in 2015, alongside my graduation. Meanwhile, I recognized a societal challenge of unproductive screen time & uncreative mindset of children, I co-founded Skillovate Learning in Pune in 2018. This startup focused on imparting 21st-century skills like coding and robotics to school kids through engaging methodologies, expanding to 35+ offline centers, and crafting curricula for esteemed schools.

In 2019, I joined WhiteHat Jr with a commitment to streamline processes and condense years of work into months. Over my 3 years and 8 months tenure, I made substantial contributions across various domains, including curriculum development, operations, data analysis, branding, country P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, online reputation management, growth hacking, sales training, teacher development, and student success. This journey underscores my dedication to innovation and fostering skills for the next generation.

  • Developed a live teaching coding product for Grades 1 to 12 with a 70+ NPS, an MoM user retention of over 95% from users across 60+ countries; and scaled annual revenues to US$150 million.
  • Created super-efficient teams with the lowest attrition by bringing on exceptional individuals to build the foundation for operations and various other crucial functions including Storyboarding, Illustrations, Teacher Training, Teacher Support, Audit, Quality, etc.
  • Built the Student Success function from scratch. Launched several initiatives like- the Silicon Valley Challenge, The 18 Under 18 Fellowship program, local media PR & recognition, school felicitation & door delivery of personalized visiting cards for young achievers.

Aish is a keen believer that the current education system needs a boost by including the 21st-century skills in its curriculum. His vision and ambition lead him to the path of becoming a Co-Founder of an ed-tech startup Skillovate Learning- an initiative to teach coding and robotics to school kids by fun and innovative learning.

As a Co-Founder Aish has been looking after Operations, Training, Marketing, Sales and Recruitment for the company.
During his stint at Skillovate, Aish has been the key person responsible for conducting and managing:
